With great sadness, TEAM PAC and the Tennessee State Employees Association inform our members and fellow state employees of the passing of Joseph Webb, a longtime advocate and dedicated member of TSEA, who passed away on January 14, 2025.
Joseph was a TSEA member for 18 years, served as the East Tennessee representative on the TEAM PAC Administrative Committee since 2013, and was a retiree of the Tennessee Department of Transportation. As an active member of the Hamilton County Chapter, his strong advocacy for state employees left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
“We are deeply saddened by the loss of a long-time member and TSEA and TEAM PAC leader, Joseph Webb,” said TSEA Executive Director LaTanya McAdoo. “I had the privilege of working with Joseph for many years and saw firsthand his consistent work with TSEA and TEAM PAC for the well-being of every state employee. His kindness, thoughtful guidance, and calm strength were a source of inspiration to all of us. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this very difficult time. There is no doubt that Joseph Webb will be missed!”
We encourage those who wish to honor his memory to visit his obituary and share condolences with his loved ones: Joseph Webb Obituary.
